Can someone please help me with my mp3 player?
I have a Sansa Express 1GB player that's two weeks old, and it is malfunctioning. I think the battery is okay, but when I turn it on, the "SanDisk" logo shows up, then quickly goes off. When I plug it into the computer it either says "connecting" then freezes up, or It will show a scrambled square in the center. I tried the master reset, nothing happened. This thing was a gift, and it doesn't have a warranty. If I have to take it back to where I got it from, what do I say? I have everything (cover, instruction guide, receipt, EVERYTHING) that came with it, but the actual plastic case. I need help, will someone help me please?
If resetting dosent work then format it -
To reset sansa
Press to power on/off, enter menu, or hold 15
seconds to reset your Sansa.
Or-To reset the sansa = Hold down power button for20 seconds.
