New Battery for Dell Latitude D820?
Hey guys! My laptop's battery capacity was running down, so I bought a replacement off a mega-seller on eBay with almost all positive feedback. When I plug the battery in and try to charge it, the battery light flashes from orange to green, stays green for about a minute, and then turns off. The battery does charge steadily, but slowly, and after it worked up a charge, I tried unplugging the AC power and the computer shut off. I pressed the button on the battery and it says it still has about 80% capacity. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
One has purchased a defective battery and see if the eBay seller will take it back for exchange or refund.
