My computer comes on, I hear windows start, But the monitor stays dark.?
When you first power the gateway PC up the Gateway lcd monitor shows the gateway logo for about 2-3 seconds and then goes black, I can hear windows start (music) but monitor stays black. Dont remember from this morn. if it made POST sounds.
any ideas???
Turn it off then turn back on as soon as you see the logo start taping the F8 key until you see the start up with your arrows go up to safe mode and hit enter once in Safe mode right click on an empty spot your desk top and go to your display properties and change the display settings then reboot see if that helps.
