ipod keeps switching between apple screen and sad ipod?
Whats wrong with it and how can I fix it?
It got disconnected accidentily when it said 'do not disconnect' (silly cat...) and now it wont stop switching between the apple screen and the sad ipod with an exclamation point.
It says to go to www.apple.ca/support/ipod but nothing is there.
I have it plugged into my ipod dock.
When I have it unplugged it just stays blank.
When I plug it into my computer it says 'Very low battery, please wait'
But I know my battery is almost fully charged...
Its a 30 GB ipod photo/video a little under 2 years old
I tried resetting it, restoring it, putting it into disc mode... its put into an external charger right now...ah!!
Go through the steps listed here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=61003 , although it looks like you've tried many or all of them. If that still doesn't work, I guess you need to take it in for repair.
