TomTom or Garmin?

I am buying GPS for my car soon. I need help with the best brand...TomTom or Garmin. I am on a budget with this, so I'm shopping around for one. Which would you guys recommend? I really like the TomToms, but the dash mount kits are limited for this brand. I want a neat and sharp looking dash mount, nothing tacky looking. It will be going in my 08 Jeep Patriot where that nice spot in the middle of the dash above the middle vents, that looks like it needs a GPS sitting there really bad! LoL.

Any help? Thanks!

Garmin is much better than Tom Tom. The mapping software is what makes the real difference not the dash mount. Also look at Magellan. I've owned both and prefer the Magellan's.

In other words is their anything the system won't let you do/save to an external one, that they will let you do with the internal one.

You can only save games and save game data to the official 20GB xbox 360 hard drive. You can play music or view pictures or movies with an external storage device, but that is about it.

How can I know if the battery in my Ibook ( apple) is bad or if something is wrong with my G4 Ibook?

I had the apple adapter and it was plugged in and it started to smoke! Of course I got rid of the adapter and I just bought a new one (adapter)from Macwizards. I plugged it in and my laptop won't come on. the green lights on the bottom only show one lighting up. Does that mean something? I am a new user and am lost. Please help.

Check to make sure you have the proper power supply.
Remove the battery and connect the power supply and see if the computer powers up.
If you have a good and correct power supply and the computer won't power up there is probably something fried inside the computer as well.
As a final check you might see if it will power up from a known good, and charged, battery.

What personal earphones should I buy for my iPod?

While on holiday my standard iPod earphones broke. I am going to get some more & thought the in ear iPod earphones would be great. I think they cost around £25.00. However, reviews have said that they fall out of your ears, which is not good. I am after some in ear personal headphones that give good bass, block out other noise and are comfortable. Your comments are appreciated!

I like the first one since that's the kind of thing you are looking for. Just a recommendation, I like cases by the brand Belkin. These can be found at walmart for about $15-$20. Or you could look on eBay. Belkin has some nice cases. I have an iPod touch and the Belkin case I have is cool. I have probably dropped my iPod seven times since I owned it a year ago and it still hasn't broke. They are really shock absorbant, especially the silicone covers. Hope this helps!

Which smartphone is right for me?

I currently use Verizon Wireless and will not change. I'd like a smartphone with: better MP3 calendar and also a QWERTY keyboard. I do not care if you have a camera or not and probably will not use e-mail. I've been looking at the BlackBerry 8830 World Edition and I think it looks great, but I do not know if I like the trackball navigation. If you have these, please tell me how you feel about it and quickly spent. In addition, a Palm Treo would be better? The look of the Treo 700p, because I am struck by the buttons. I do not care how old your smartphone as long as it is a good one! I'm looking for something easy to use, durable and inelegant. Wow. The Treo 750 is beautiful! Lol. On the BlackBerry I'm pretty sure I do not want a pearl (my aunt has 1 and I played with him). Sorry, I guess I forgot to mention that do not get along with touch screens. They hate me.

Given the Omina.That Samsung is a smartphone. It has the features missing. Phone.It looking very chic and has an internal keyboard and touch screen only. I would recommend to you.

trying to get wireless keyboard to work help?

it's a micro innovations model number kb1045lsr. i installed the software the mouse had a reset button i was able to syncronize it with the reciever. i can not find a reset button on the keyboard. i'm i just missing it

there might be a reconnect button under neath the battery compartment door thing.

No, it's not a good computer. That's actually a pretty bad computer. For $280, you can find much better computers elsewhere. If you want your computer to run the Mac operating system, that's probably the best you can get. But if you're ok with your laptop running Windows XP/Vista/7 or Linux, you can get much better deals elsewhere.

I would recommend something like a Dell Adamo or an Asus netbook.
